“Looks like good, will packed, seed. I have used 75% in a pretty substantial overseeing of my recording lawn and had zero germination. Of course the UK climate has been is usual highly variable self and maybe a can't fault the seed. It looks add though the missing element has been warmth and I will use the remainder of the seed when the temperature reliable passes 15C which may be July. I don't think you should suggest that seeding can be done in April in the north of England.”

“Unfortunately after scarifying, re-seeding and topping the lawn over 5 weeks ago I have seen very little to no germination of this grass seed. I applied more seed after around 3 weeks thinking soil temperatures may have been a little low but I'm afraid there has been very little germination from the second application, despite religious watering.”
