“Purchased to replace an existing lawn that was full of thatch moss and extremely spongy. The soil is extremely poor and resists water penetration so remains very dry. Digging in organic soil improver from local farm to aid top layer and encourage worms back. Due to heat wave Ive still got to sow it but hoping for good results as bought the drought resistant seeds and new lawn fertiliser. Will also be patching my other lawn where its dry due to tree roots.”
