“The seed is sprinkled by hand as accurately as possible and is good quality though I do have bad problems with poor quality sub-surface being mainly builders rubble from when the house was constructed. The seed has partly taken but I may have to completely remove it break up and replace the surface with topsoil and turf it if it doesnt improve this year.
