“The seed is sprinkled by hand as accurately as possible and is good quality though I do have bad problems with poor quality sub-surface being mainly builders rubble from when the house was constructed. The seed has partly taken but I may have to completely remove it break up and replace the surface with topsoil and turf it if it doesnt improve this year. The actual quality of the seed though is good.”
