Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“I have tried the boot and enjoyed walking with it. I have an old pair I still used which is possibly 15-20 years old!”

“I've very pleased with the boots, including looks, fit and performance. The only negative was that when they arrived the packaging didn?t feel that special, particularly compared to previous experience with Dubarry and Hunter.”
