Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Great service in delivery and returning boots. They seem exceptional in terms of quality and appearance. Gutted though that the size 8 was far too small across the top of my foot (couldn’t get my foot in!!), and the 9 was far too big, even with a sock. Tried the whole thing again with the neoprene lined version - same thing. Had to return both. I’m a small 8 with normal width feet for reference.”

Hi Sarah, Thank you for taking the time to leave a review - I can only apologise that you haven't had success so far in the sizing of our boots. We do often hear of customers,who find the ladies boots too small in their size, having great success in opting for the men's boots in the same style. These are made with a slightly greater volume overall and so offer a little more room, which sounds as though this may be what you need.
