Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

How comfortable are your boots?

“My last pair of these wellies sprung a leak after 11 years of almost daily usage so without hesitation I have bought them again. I have gone for the darker green colour this time and I love the colour. My new boots appear to be of exactly the same high quality and are instantly comfortable just like my last pair were. They are expensive boots but worth every penny, I have never had cold feet in them even in the depths of winter. They look good too. I wouldn’t buy anything else now. Definitely recommend.”
