Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

How comfortable are your boots?

“Suite à ma commande LCH 12000013098 Que j’ai du retourner car ils était un peu justes.. Et au prix j’aimerais qu’ils soient parfaits .. j’ai téléphoné pour échanger .. impossible .. donc je les ai retournes .. j’attends pour recommander le remboursement … votre agent a reçu les bottes de retour lundi 13 et une semaine plus tard j’attend le remboursement !!!! En attendant j’ai un trou dans mes bottes existantes ! …. Ma recommandation si vous voulez les avis .. c’est de changer d’agent de retour … votre produit est un produit de luxe et le service après vente/ échange n’est vraiment pas à l’hauteur Christl Cole”
