Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“The boots arrived on time with good communication both pre and post delivery. Only 3 star as after two outings the toe of one boot developed a blemish and discolouration to the rubber. They remain serviceable only not the quality of finish I expected from a high end brand.”

“They are boots and they keep my feet dry. Best of all is that I can walk considerable distances (several miles) and not find them uncomfortable.”

“The boot first and foremost is very stylish. The ankle is extremely flexible and the shoe accommodates an insole nicely which makes the boot very comfortable indeed. I was debating whether to go leather-lined, or jersey-lined. I chose jersey, as I thought the leather would be too hot for where I live.”
