Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Bjr, ont remplacé des bottes Aigle parcours 2 qui prenaient l’eau. Votre concept est différent : caoutchouc souple, pour les chevilles c’est très bien, et ça fait un petit bruit en marchant, c’est sympa. Le crantage de la semelle est impressionnant. Promenade en forêt avec mon braque 2h chaque matin des l’aube. Le braque est le meilleur ami du chameau.”

“Comfy boot, good sole with good traction - plenty mud around to test them! Had to insert an insole to fit around my heel. However, very pleased.”
