Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

How comfortable are your boots?

“The ordering process and delivery was good, and the boots seem to be of good quality. I like the height, the deep tread which clears mud quickly and good grip, and appreciate the rubber strip inside the heel. However, there is absolutely no cushioning in the sole or any arch support and because they're on the small side of true fit, I'm really struggling to wear them comfortably. I need insoles and probably thick socks, but there is no room sadly.”

“Ces bottes basses me semble très bien mais une déformation de ma cheville gauche suite à un accident m'a empêché de mettre la botte. Dommage elles auraient convenue parfaitement à l'usage que j'en avais.”
