Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Women's style never fit my calfs and the only men's size 6 are these. However my last pair lasted about 8 years with a little storm glue when they finally started splitting managed to get another year of use. Really comfortable wear them for long walks with the dogs no problems. True to size. Would highly recommend.”

“I've had three pairs of these in the last 20 years. Fantastic boots that I will keep buying provided never change. Unlike Hunters boots, these will last 8 or 9 years with almost daily use.”
