Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

How comfortable are your boots?

“The boots arrived on time, the packaging was good. I have worn the boots several times for walking our dog. However one small fault is that the insole of the left boot keeps moving backwards and up my heal . This could become uncomfortable after time. The right boot is all good.”

“These boots are top quality. The excellent grip on the sole increases confidence on difficult surfaces and the boots themselves are fully waterproof and very comfortable. A quality product I would recommend to anyone”
