About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Ok all is well now,my order did not arrive,so I called customer services,I spoke to a lovely lady,think her name was Zoe, sorted everything out and I received it the next day,amazing don’t know how she did it ,but what a wonderful,very well spoken and just great,having had a few businesses myself,I know how difficult it is to get decent people,thanks Zoe x”

“Poor quality. Uneven finishing. Made in China. Just a basic wooden shoe horn with a leather tag and a ‘Le Chameau’ engraving. The company’s boots are great, but this accessory is disappointing and no where near the usual standard of their products. It’s clear they’ve outsourced it with no regard for quality or quality control.”
