Our men's Turenne Fourrée tall boot was built with comfort and support front and centre. With a Vibram Tahoe sole for fantastic grip, this premium leather boot has an outside zip for easy on-and-off and a great fit, as well as an onSteam® insole and a warm Fourrée lining.

About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Very very stiff and hard round the ankle and top of the foot. Was hoping to be able to wear them all day everyday but they are simply not comfortable enough. Bit disappointed.”

Hi, Thank you for taking the time to review you new boots. I am sorry to hear you have found these to be stiffer than expected; as these are a leather boot they will soften with some time as the leather is broken in. To help keep the leather of this style supple as they do soften, we recommend using a high quality leather cream. Thanks, Laura
