Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

How comfortable are your boots?

“As we are living in a relatively rainy and muddy rural area, and as I love walking through the woods with our dog, my go-to footwear is rubber wellies. I've tried all the settled brands, such as Hunter, Aigle, Dunlop and Le Chameau, and the highest quality boots without any doubt are Le Chameau, with the Men's Chasseur being the very best and most comfortable wellies I ever had. The zipper that runs all along the shaft of the boot makes them very easy to put on, the rubber is very soft yet durable which, combined with the sturdy sole, makes it an excellent wellie for long walks on uneven terrain. Absolutely happy with my purchase!!!!!”
