About Le Chameau:

Le Chameau are the only rubber boots to be handmade by a single master bootmaker, each pair is unique. Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“The boots are a nice weight and quality. They are durable without being overly built and heavy. It would be SO very helpful if your website listed the height to the top of the boot from the floor. I am short, and this dimension is critical for me. A chart listing each style of boot and its height measurement would be spectacular.”

“They are great but beware - they are MUCH bigger and looser than the tall Le Chameau boots. I had to go down a size.”
