Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“My new boots arrived well packaged and exactly as expected, they fit beautifully (I went up a size to account for fluffy socks) and they're very comfortable. They're obviously well made. I've never had a better pair of welly boots before. Would recommend to anyone, and indeed my fiance is about to order his own pair as he's jealous of mine! I'd buy again in an instant, though from from quality I think these will last me a good while - might settle for adding on a pair of boot socks to my fianc�'s order ?”

“I'm a standard size 7 but size 41 a bit too tight on the length with thick socks on. Size 8 (42) are perfect.”

“My shoe size is 4.5-5 UK (37.5-38 EU), went with size 6 UK (39 EU) and that was a good call! Can fit thick socks underneath, as well as fleece liner :) no blisters or issues after first 2h walk through the forest and mud. Fits good in calf, even without thick socks and fleece liner. Very happy with the purchase- thank you.”
