Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Excellent service received and very fast delivery. My first pair of Le Chameau and wow I love my new wellingtons. They are super comfy especially for long walks. My personal opinion these wellingtons are so much better than other competitive brands and i will definately be purchasing Le Chameau in the future. Highly recommended.”

“This is the second time I have purchased a pair of these boots. I use them contstantly when attending my horse and walking the dog and find them really comfortable. The last pair lasted quite a while considering the amount that I wore them, which is why I have returned for a new pair.”

“The shape/style/fit is not nearly as good as my old Le Chameau wellies which are slimmer and moulded to the shape of my legs with no gaping at the top. These new ones are baggy and soft in the leg and flap about and don't look as neat and stylish so am quite disappointed, however, I still love the Cherry colour and overall quality. Not as comfortable and well fitting as my oldies but are OK.”

“These were ordered to replace a pair of the same model which after seven years use were showing a break in the rubber of the foot. I was delighted at the speed of delivery. They are a little different to their predecessors. They feel softer & less durable. They have a stuck on rubber trim which I imagine will come loose & break very easily. Haven’t actually worn them yet.”
