Using the highest quality materials and with a range of iconic and innovative styles, Le Chameau Maîtres Bottiers have been making our boots by hand for over 90 years. Every Le Chameau boot is constructed by one Maîtres Bottier. In order to become a Maîtres Bottier it takes 9 months of training before they are permitted to construct their first rubber boot.

“Lovely boots. Great colour and feel very comfortable. The only thing I feel is missing is there is nothing on the back of the boot to use to help remove them, which is a shame”

“How can a wellington boot look so good, but it does. It feels as good as it looks too. Sadly, my problem with the Giverny is that it catches on the back of my legs behind the knee when I walk because I have short legs. Fortunately you also do the Iris boot which is perfect for me and so my initial sorrow turned to joy. I really am thrilled with my wellies. Perfect.”
