“Ordered the King size mattress as we have needed a new one for a few years but after lots of time in bed shops myself and wife could never agree on a matress as we both like different types, I've had a Levitex pillow for a couple of years and it's the best purchase I had ever made until now, the matress has now taken that title. “I found it took about three weeks to fully expand and soften. Lovely bounce feeling. I am hypersensitive to chemical and strong vapours, but l offgassed my mattress in about five days . But I expect most people would find three days enough.
I removed the thick outer cover as l found it not quite soft and pliable enough for my very sensitive bones.
Instead iused my own bamboo mattress protector because it's softer than the levitex cover. I am very underweight so need extremely soft laying surface. Im sure the Levitex cover would be totally soft enough for most people.
Very pleased with my mattress and now enjoy a moring lay in bed
I like the flexibility of the mattress which makes it easy to lift the edges when changing the bedding covers. Its so nice that's it's no too heavy, this makes it all easy.

“We bought the 150x200cm mattress back in October 2023 and it’s been the best investment we’ve made given we spend 1/3 of our lives sleeping! Both my partner and I suffer from back problems (hers is more severe and this mattress was recommended by her physiotherapist) and were so glad we bought it because it’s been such a game changer! The mattress itself is really comfortable, not soft but not hard either, and provides so much support that we just don’t know how we slept on any other mattresses. AND to top it all off, we recently (2 years on) had a slight problem due to our sleeping positions and I was able to email the CEO James Leinhardt (the top dog himself) and within a few short exchanges he copied in the Levitex support team (shoutout to Andreea!) who straight away offered us a refund or replacement. “I don't leave reviews often however this is worth the effort. The mattress is very firm yet somehow does not put pressure on the body, it may take some adjusting to but give it a chance and you will be rewarded. A few weeks after using the mattress the pain in my lower back and hips was gone, It had been bothering me for a couple years and was getting more constant, which is not what you want at only 31 years old. However, I noticed that the pain in my shoulder was still there all day. Two nights of using the pillow and months of pain was gone completely.
So much so that I wrote the company an email about my experience, which was very kindly responded to. However I held off on reviewing as a mattress is a big purchase and I didn't want to oversell the results. However, after using this mattress for a year now I can attest that this mattress has changed the quality of my day to day life, and this is confirmed whenever I am on holiday for a few nights.”
