“Been sleeping deeper and remebering dreams although it is very very firm, often wonder whether softer to sleep on floor. We have gone back and forth as to whether we would keep it, we have decided we will give it the benefit of the doubt and keep it but both have developed musculoskeletal problems not experienced before and the only change has been the mattress, but overall deeper sleep so hard to weigh up pros and cons. I probably wouldn't advise to a friend as it is so firm.”

We're here to help with positioning advice that can affect the perception of firmness and also, from personal experience, can promise that there comes a moment that every other mattress starts feeling too soft instead.
While firmness is subjective and as an industry we lack an uniform scale to measure it, we call the firmness of our Sleep Posture Mattress medium firm. We do find that if you're used to a softer mattress, it can feel way more firm than it is at first, so thank you for persevering!

“I suffer from chronic back pain due to an injury I sustained when I was a teenager. As I have become older (now approaching 40) the pain has become noticibly worst the past year. I tried everything; Doctors prescribed pain killers, Physio therapist helped with body work and a rehab stretching routine which I do daily, I use hot and cold packs regularly, swimming, core exercise training, osteopaths, acupuncture etc. etc. And whilst all of these treatments did help in their own way, I can honestly say it wasn't until I bought the Levitex mattress and pillow that my back injury and pain started to improve noticibly. I am not claiming that the mattress and pillow was a magic cure for my pain. I am sure it is a combination of all the approaches I took to the injury. But I can honestly say that once I started sleeping on the mattress and using the pillow, my sleep was sooooo much better. My back felt fully supported and stable, in the correct posture for healing and rest, and it is the mattress and pillow that excentuated all the other treatments I was using for the pain. It honestly has made a world of difference. I used to wake up in the night in severe pain and after only a week or so I was sleeping all through the night and honestly getting out of bed feeling less stiff and with minimal back pain. My injury and pain hasn't dissapeared. There is no cure and I wouldn't expect the Levitex Mattress to remove all my back problems. But genuinly it has made such a monumental difference to my life and physical abilities now that I could not recommend this product enough.
On top of this the customer service has been first class. Great communication throughout and genuine attentiveness to how I am getting used to the mattress and if there is any help I need.
