“The mattress itself is fantastic. It did smell for the first 10 days or so, reducing in intensity quickly but the smell does hang around a bit. Don’t let this put you off! We’re sleeping so well on the mattress. We replaced one that cost thousands when we bought it, but being fans of the Levitex pillows, we thought the mattress was worth a try and it’s very economically priced in comparison to alternatives. We held onto the old mattress for 2 weeks ‘just in case’ but it’s been collected now, we are very happy customers.”
“I suffer from chronic back pain due to an injury I sustained when I was a teenager. As I have become older (now approaching 40) the pain has become noticibly worst the past year. I tried everything; Doctors prescribed pain killers, Physio therapist helped with body work and a rehab stretching routine which I do daily, I use hot and cold packs regularly, swimming, core exercise training, osteopaths, acupuncture etc. etc. And whilst all of these treatments did help in their own way, I can honestly say it wasn't until I bought the Levitex mattress and pillow that my back injury and pain started to improve noticibly. I am not claiming that the mattress and pillow was a magic cure for my pain. I am sure it is a combination of all the approaches I took to the injury. But I can honestly say that once I started sleeping on the mattress and using the pillow, my sleep was sooooo much better. My back felt fully supported and stable, in the correct posture for healing and rest, and it is the mattress and pillow that excentuated all the other treatments I was using for the pain. It honestly has made a world of difference. I used to wake up in the night in severe pain and after only a week or so I was sleeping all through the night and honestly getting out of bed feeling less stiff and with minimal back pain. My injury and pain hasn't dissapeared. There is no cure and I wouldn't expect the Levitex Mattress to remove all my back problems. But genuinly it has made such a monumental difference to my life and physical abilities now that I could not recommend this product enough.
On top of this the customer service has been first class. Great communication throughout and genuine attentiveness to how I am getting used to the mattress and if there is any help I need.

“I fully expected to return this mattress as I’ve never had a good nights sleep in I don’t know how many years. The mattress was either too hard of too soft. I honestly have to say that this mattress is perfect. I lay down and can feel the support to all areas of my body. The mattress moulds itself to your body. There is no gap in the small of the back nor the back of the knees. I have not had pins and needles once since using it. Consider me as one skeptic converted.”
