“Customer service second to none. When my parcel was deliverd soaking wet through (I was away with work) my wife called to see what options there were for drying it out safely. The customer service team offered to replace then without issue. Couldnt possibly have asked for more. Awesome. Once Ive slept on the pillow, I will update”
