Battery life is decent expected and the 8.5" produced a very smooth ride. I am very pleased that I finally came across with a good quality brand scooter

Excellent value scooter for the price. Customer support team actually picks up the phone when I have questions which is more than I can say for most companies these days.

Great scooter, very zippy, lots of nice features, smooth ride. I am knocking off a star because the folding mechanism is kind of terrible. A small hook holds the scooter in the folded position, and it often unfolds itself or is reluctant to lock into the folded position. Very frustrating for a scooter commuter.

Levy Electric Original with extra battery & 10” tires. I’m in week 3 of ownership and just returned from a week at Oshkosh Airventure. 72 YO/ 210 # with afib and wanted trans for the miles of (flat) distances at this air show. Used the scooter hard over the week on paved road, grass fields and gravel roads. If performed very well on paved road, OK on grass, but slipped somewhat on wet grass and struggled on gravel — but managed. I easily got to 18 mph on paved road, but it pulls the battery down within a few miles. I carried the spare battery in a back pack for the piece of mind of not getting stranded. Charging stations were frequent and I could park the scooter and charge it while at exhibits, air shows or seminars. On an original shake down, I tested the scooter on hills and it struggled on a steep hill, but kept going even tho I was down to 3mph. It does handle slopes and mild grades well — getting down to 8-9 mph. I did moderate research on scooters and agree that whatever a mfg tells you on distance/charge — cut that in half. Overall I’m well pleased and the primary selling point for me was the available 2nd battery and the positive reviews on customer support — although I have not needed any support
