“This scooter is very good, I'm a college student that got tired of walking 8 mins to my first class everyday, this scooter has cut the time down to about 2 mins. The reason i chose this scooter over others is the ease of access to replacement parts. Other scooters have pages upon pages of poor reviews about scooters breaking and customers being at the mercy of a tech/customer support team from a foreign nation. Levy has nearly all the replacement parts on the website and a customer support based in the U.S., placing it well above the competitors.
P.S.- air up the tires to the recommended presure out of the box, i did not do so because i didn't read any instructions. I think my front tire is either not seated properly or i may have finagled something because the front tire holds air poorly requiring more air every 3 days or so.”
“It's all positive with one serious caveat. The battery is awful. If you're light (under 160lb) and don't plan to carry anything more than 20lbs, it isn't terrible (just bad), but I would not buy if I were 180lbs or above. I'd possible get the upgraded one, but it depends on your needs.
Aside from the battery, it's well made and good for a reletively flat city.”
“The first scooter I got was defective and effectively broke down after a month or two. However, customer service was VERY helpful and cooperative and eventually got me a replacement that has been working like a CHARM ever since! It’s the quickest and smoothest scooter I’ve ever used, and I cannot recommend it enough. :)”
