“Overall, I'd provide the whole experience a 4.5/5 stars. I've only had the scooter for a few days so far, but I'm loving it! It's a blast using it and the mileage I get from the battery lives up to it's claims. The removable battery definitely is a selling point and the aesthetics as well.
The only downside was that when I took it out of the box, the unit was already chipped/scratched in a couple of places. Customer service is great 5 as soon as I contacted support about this issue, they were able to quickly provide assistance.”
“wow, I’m impressed - this was my first e-scooter experience and I am in love with it. I live in a pretty hilly area so there are times when I’m scared going downhill but riding on the brakes make me feel safe and helps making my commute feel easy, however I am afraid I might damage the scooter. This is my day one experience but I’m hopeful that this scooter will serve me well in the days to come.”
“First impressions! Very pleased with the build quality and ease of use. Charge time is quick maybe 2 hrs. I’m about 185-190 and the scooter maintained 17mph on slight grades and 10mph getting up to the first level of the parking garage (5-7%grade)@100-50% battery. Under 50% the numbers were 12 mph and 5-7 mph. That’s 2 commutes averaging about a 3.5 miles round trip. So I’m changing every other day. Contacted customer service and responses were very prompt. Impressed so far!!”
