“I was looking for a city use e-scooter and narrowed them down to Levy Plus or Ninebot Max. I chose Levy Plus, which turned out to be the right and best decision. Great e-scooter!
Pros:
- 10" tubed aired huge tires which provide smooth and stable ride. Good for the bumpy roads around NYC. I cannot emphasize enough the merits of this
- Cute and stylish NYCish design with green colored one points. Good for both male and female rider. Scooters from other brands looked too "mechanical" to me
- Easily replaceable battery pack (Longer range. Adaptable for future versions of batteries with lager capacity)
- Light weight compared to the scooters with similar speed/range
Cons:
- Handle bar is a bit short. Sometime it's difficult to balance especially when I am turning. But the short bar means the compact width:)
- LCD display is not bright enough in shiny days
I would strongly recommend Levy Plus if you are looking for scooters for city use.”
“This is the worst company I have ever dealt with!!! First scooter broke right out of the box rode for under 2 minutes and scooter completely stopped working then i called the company and was told another scooter would be sent out that day!! Never happened it has been three days and scooter still is not shipped there was a ups Shipping label created but no scooter has been sent out yesterday I was told a shipment came in and was gonna be sent out!!! Still hasn't been shipped so were gonna be close two 2 weeks or more to receive this scooter!! And just to let you guys know I am friends with the most watched scooter reviews youtuber and he wants to make a video of my experience!! It is not only making me angry he is also very disappointed in there customer service and the product in general 500 dollars for a broken scooter!! I have told him to wait and see what happens!! Just a bad experience as of right now!!!!”
“Great scooter! Easy to put together and looks good. Only bummer was that my throttle was broken during shipping. Have not taken it for a spin yet because I’m waiting for a new throttle. Customer support was on it though sending the throttle for free so I’m pumped.”
