“It was this or the segway max, both at a similar cost. Range seems a little bit less on the Levy Plus but the reduced weight is worth it. It’s still a bit heavy to carry upstairs but compared to other models with similar range it’s very portable. Also no app on this one, which I was confused about at first but the Levy app is only for rentals it seems.”

“I ordered the original Levy scooter (not the plus). During the first few rides I noticed the power would completely cut out when I hit any sort of bump in the road. I thought this was a weird and annoying safety feature so I called costumer service. They told me this was not a safety feature and walked me through troubleshooting the scooter. After sending in video and pictures they asked me to return the scooter and offered to send me a new scooter.
I requested to upgrade to the levy plus at this time after talking with the costumer service representative about how I planned to use the scooter. They waved the restocking and shipping fee and shipped my new scooter in record time. I had the new scooter in 2 days!
The roads are not always even on my commute to work and there are several hills. The levy plus has a much smoother ride. It is able to take the bumps easily thanks to the larger tubed tires and handle the hills with ease thanks to the extended battery pack.
Over all great costumer service and great product! The original levy is nice but I would highly recommend upgrading to the levy plus, it is totally worth the money!”
“Notwithstanding the damaged "new" scooter I was sent, this is still a solid product. I weigh just over 190lbs, and the Levy Plus can move me between 17-19mph with relative ease. I'm more than satisfied with the reliability of the product and how easy it is to swap parts and batteries. Despite problems with Levy quality control, I would likely purchase from them again for the ease at which everything can be maintained and repaired.”
“Very disappointed. It’s great scooter for JUST AN HOUR! I was very disappointed with the battery life. I purchased the most expensive one for more battery life. The scooter doesn’t tell you the accurate battery life when you’re on it. While I’m riding it, it show you 4 full bars and when i stop it drastically drops to 1, which doesn’t take me anywhere. Because of this issue, I was left waking 40 mins walking home dragging my scooter home several times. For this price, I expected better.”
