“Overall I’m happy with my scooter. My only problem has been the 6 lower post screws coming loose. I removed them and used locktite but in 10 days loose again. Besides that, no problem. I feel like a little kid having fun every time I ride”
“Not really so psyched about the the scooter after riding it, paid quite a lot of money for something so basic the tires keep becoming flat the brakes loosen easily I had to get it tightened at the shop and the service at the shop isn’t very friendly, honestly wish I had spent my money with another company. The staff in the store is very dismissive and don’t seem to genuinely care about the customer at all, overall bad energy from this brand.”
“Levy plus is amazing for all sorts of errands. The build quality feels premium. She Runs really fast and has an amazing battery life. I would highly recommend this product to anyone in search of a new scooter. The only issue Ive had with the levy is running into small bumps and suddenly having the scooter immediately slow down and come to a complete stop. I usually turn the levy off and then back on and it solves the problem.(hope levy will fix this issue) overall id still recommend this scooter because it doesn’t compare to any previous scooters I’ve owned.”
“Returned a Ninebot ES4 due to some quality issues and ordered a Levy Plus. Much better ride with the pneumatic tires. Feels much safer and handles more like a bike when turning. I am giving a 4 star rating due to the documentation that is available. There are 3 menu settings on the display, and I still have not found information on what the codes stand for. Not sure why it’s not covered in the online manual or any video I found. Other than that, solid scooter.”
