“I have gotten 3 flats in 1 month of riding. Now your site won’t even let me I order rear wheel set. I’ve already had to pay $60. For tire and change at bike shop because you guys would take a week to change tire. This is ridiculous.”
“The first scooter I got had an electrical problem as it didn’t go as fast as it should have. I knew this because my neighbor had 2 and with each of ours set in the same setting, hers went way faster at the same shown speeds.
Customer service was great and sent me a replacement right away. The second one I got had the front tire always needing air. Again customer service was great and sent me a new tire, HOWEVER, I have no idea how to put on a new tire so my scooter is still sitting in my garage with a flat tire.
I returned the first scooter in the box I got when they sent me the replacement scooter, I had it in the big styrofoam blocks just like the new one came to me. I got an email that said the scooter was all busted up and had no styrofoam in the packaging. I am at a loss of what the hell UPS must have done to that package during shipping to have lost the styrofoam that was in it.
Anyway, to sum it up, GREAT customer service, but not great product yet as I’ve gotten 2 lemons so far.”
