“Absolutely brilliant, kept updated with emails, when I spoke to liberty games on the phone the customer service agent was so friendly and lovely to deal with. The delivery and installation company they use were fantastic, phoned me a few times just give me a rough update of delivery timescale, and to make sure everything was okay still. Delivery day brilliant, rung me 10 mins beforehand, came installed the pool table efficiently, and taking great care. Whole experience was fantastic, other companies should use liberty games customer service processes as it was such a pleasure to deal with them, and I would 100% recommend them to other people.”
