“What an amazing company. I’ve used liberty games a few times now. My first ever order with them we had a small issue.The customer service team were excellent. Problem was dealt with straight away with a very good outcome. This is one of the reason I went back to them this year. This year we ordered a 7ft pool table unfortunately online there were no delivery slots before Xmas. So I emailed the sales department to see if they could help. Whilst I was waiting for a reply I must of contacted 10 different companies to see if I could get a pool table before Xmas. No one could offer a delivery slot. Well liberty games went that little bit further. @James in the sales department thank you so much for taking the time to help me. You went over and above compared to all the other companies also the delivery manager who worked on a delivery route over the weekend for me just to see if they could fit me on. none of the other companies took the time to try. Because of the professionalism and kindness of the staff there liberty games will always get my custom. I Have to say every single department from sales to the delivery drivers have been absolutely amazing. Thank you so much for everything. my kids will be so happy with the table. The Quality of the table is amazing to thanks All. Especially the delivery manager. Sorry I don’t have your name. You have made my 3 boys Christmas.”

“5 star experience buying a pool table from Liberty Games. The whole process was super easy, from customisation and purchasing online to delivery, absolutely brilliant. I was updated every step of the way and was pleasantly surprised when Steve rang to say the table would be with me this week, only 2 weeks after purchase. Special mention to the delivery guys who were fantastic, setting up the table in no time at all and leaving no mess. The pool table itself is top quality slate bed, the real deal.
