“Ordered plate at beginning of month and received package containing someone else's order. Called in to reorder and was promised it would be here today and since it is 4 pm and it hasn't arrived that promise was not kept. I received an email so I could check the status of my package however it didn't include a routing number for UPS so I can't check that either. It does say I should get my package by 7/19/2019 which isn't even close to the 7/15/2019 date promised. Would NOT recommend this site. Mistakes happen its how you fix the problem that counts. You really messed this one up.”
