“The signs appear to be well made and look fine. Your web interface is a little difficult to grasp at first (ie, not very "user-friendly") but once I figured out how it's set up I could navigate it reasonably well. For assistance the "chat bot" was useless. It was hard to get to a live person to discuss my questions - but once I did get to a person, the man I talked with was knowledgeable and helpful. I added a special service, drilling mounting holes in each sign. To fit my application I requested the holes to be drilled 1" from the top and 1" from the side in each corner. But when the signs came the holes are less than 1/2" from the edges. I was able to make it work (at least that was easier than returning the signs) but it would have been a lot better if my instructions had been followed. But overall I'm satisfied.”

“I love my new vanity license plate. It looks just as the picture I submitted. And I received the plate on the date indicated in my shipping email. The material is lighter than the plates you find in stores but seems durable enough. Only time will tell.”
