“I thought that the training course was very straightforward and consistent in methodology. I really appreciated the assignments, and the fact that someone is grading them (I had to redo a couple of them), because it really helped me practice the skills that needed the most work. I would definitely recommend this course for anyone that wants a good, solid introduction to the fundamentals of coaching. My only complaint is that there were some errors in the final exam (I am an English teacher and have created MANY exams through the years). Specifically, in # 17A is not a request, #14C is a grammatical error, the questions (I believe there are 3) that ask if the statement is a SMART goal, there is no way of knowing if the goal is Relevant or Time-bound for the client (not enough info), one says "next spring" which is not a specific date, there were two questions written in the double-negative, and a few questions that could have more than one answer that is correct, but one is supposed to be 'the best'...how are we to know? All of these made these questions very confusing. I would suggest a careful and revised version of the test.”
