Veronica, thank you for the candid review. This is the first time that we have ever heard this on the All Natural Antibiotic. Although we live 5 stars, but your candor is appreciated. What we tell most people when you have something come on is to take two in the morning with breakfast and two with dinner for a few days then two per day for the next two weeks.
