Rob, I apologize if you did not receive an answer to your concern with our Beet Root Powder. Since this is a natural powdered product, settling will occur. The process to fill the bottles requires there to be addiction space for all of the product to fully get into the bottle. The nature of pouring process adds additional air to the product thus the need for a bigger bottle to ensure that the correct amount of product is received. The product is filled based on weight not volume.
