“I wanted to get a good multi vitamin that had alot of good vitamins in it. I had been buying alot of vitamins individually. So buying this did help. I just wish it was not so expensive. That is my biggest problem is having to worry about the cost.”

“These are great vitamins. I have issues with low iron. I noticed that my regular over the counter vitamin didn’t even have iron in it. I looked at a bottle of iron supplement vitamins and realized that they added a whole lot of unnecessary stuff into the vitamin. I didn't want to put that stuff into my body.
I began to search online for a different vitamin provider and that's when I found Lifesource Vitamins. I've been taking this particular multivitamin for 2 years now. I rarely struggle with low iron issues anymore. Also I am a teacher and I feel like these vitamins have helped me fend off a bunch of sickness. “This tablet has a LOT in it -- which is no doubt why you have to take three to get the values stated on the packaging. I prefer to take just one per day -- but that's okay because I'm just supplementing my diet, not trying to get everything in a pill.”
