“I like these vitamins for a number of reasons. I like the potency of the B vitamins. And the fact there is a healthy amount of calcium magnesium ratio. I also like the fact you have added food enzymes to help ensure good absorption through the gut . My complexion has a little glow to it. And when I have felt depleted in energy these helped to recharge my energy. And the pill size make them easy to take .what's not to like.”
