Carlos, thanks for the note. I too take a higher amount of Vit D just as you do. Our Vit D is lower as we have found that if you need larger amounts of Vit D, you should not combine it with Vitamin C, as they do not play well together. Our desire would be for a multi and the Vit D to be taken at other times, so there is no degradation. It is not the end of the world, but just letting you know.
