“I bought a gift card from lighterusa.com and it arrived via email the same day. The other items I ordered have not arrived and it has been over 2 weeks. They blamed the USPS and COVID-19 but I had a seriously delayed order in the past from lighterusa.com, before COVID-19. SLOW SHIPPING!”
