“Very poor quality vuse pods. They all were leaking when received. Maybe the shipping packaging wasn't good or just bad pods. - I want a refund.
Also very long shipping times!”
“Unable to ship my item from the USA. No explanation given other than it was “returned back to us” after waiting over a month for the item. I was even provided an email saying it was “with your country’s postal system” even though the item never left the USA. I was refunded only half the amount of money I paid. “Lighter USA is my go to place for all my Zyn needs! Great prices and fast shipping. I would definitely recommend to anyone looking for nicotine products.”
“I love this product. It’s absolutely top-notch. Unfortunately, the company no longer ships directly to Ohio, where I live, because of a state law that apparently can be construed as prohibiting the product.
This website, however, is willing to ship it here, which I greatly appreciate. So thank you for making the product available and for the delivery. Very much appreciated.”
“i will never shop here again and suggest you find literally anywhere else to shop as well. the customer service is beyond terrible. the shipping is pathetic. this store is the worst place i have ever spent my money in my entire life. i am begging you, anyone reading this, please stop now, turn around, and go anywhere else for your new lighter. or just take the money you were going to spend and just throw it directly into the garbage. then set the garbage on fire with a lighter you purchased somewhere else. that would be a much better use of your money. DO NOT SHOP HERE”
