“Very poor quality vuse pods. They all were leaking when received. Maybe the shipping packaging wasn't good or just bad pods. - I want a refund.

“Unable to ship my item from the USA. No explanation given other than it was “returned back to us” after waiting over a month for the item. I was even provided an email saying it was “with your country’s postal system” even though the item never left the USA. I was refunded only half the amount of money I paid. “i purchase a device that was DOA, i tried following the procedure to return it for a refund and they refuse telling me to return it to the manufacturer. After numerous attempts I filed a BBB report to which they denied selling it to me, today they emailed me to review them, so, here it is. My advice for elsewhere”
“Horrific company, will ship your product with paid-for Protection then not refund when damaged. Package was poorly packed in a bubble mailer, all vape boxes were crushed. They want you to still use damaged vapes.

“No customer support after the sale. The concentrate vape I ordered started to mess up after 1 week of use, the power button started to stick in the on position. I contacted Lighter USA thru the return form on their website. What i got back was my order information and nothing else. I contacted the manufacturer and was told since I didn't get it from one of their online retailers I would have to deal with who I got it from. The response from Lighter USA was my order information and nothing about the faulty vape they sold me.

“They say 2-4 day delivery but It's been over a month and the package still hasn't been delivered and the tracking information no longer works. Writing to the company is useless, they keep giving me the same tracking number which leads to a 404 page. They refuse to give me a refund, saying I have to wait for delivery, which is obviously never going to happen. The only thing left is for me to call the credit card company.”
“It’s been over two weeks since my order shipped to me on 8/21/2026. I still have yet to receive my order Lighterusa still claims it’s in route to me when FedEx hasn’t scanned the package since 8/27. Lighterusa still claims my package is in route. It’s clearly lost by FedEx and lighterusa refuses to do anything about it. When asked about filing a claim for the shipping protection I paid for they don’t even acknowledge it just keep saying I should have my package soon.”
