“Vanessa are great. Shipping bucks. I still haven't received my package and was suppose to be here on the 17th. Now could be. Another week cuz it sitting at fedex 35 min from me were it been since the 16th. And still hasn't been processed as of the 18th. U guys need to stop using fedex there the worst. And use dam ups or usps.. like u have been doing on all my other orders. Cuz I'm ready to stop buying from here n find new place with faster services to buy 220 dollar order and have to wait over 2 weeks is ridiculous. And to use that other it states on are sight there may be delays. Is a excuse. 2 weeks is not a delay it's a not caring bout customers is what it is.”
“Absolutely horrendous experience. Lighter came in defective and didn’t work. They refused to exchange it stating that Lotus has to go through Lotus only. Lotus said that it’s false but would replace it , only they don’t have this model. Now I’m stuck with broken lighter. Terrible communication too. Never pick up a phone or chat. Emails are just standard go away type. Never again!”
