“i purchase a device that was DOA, i tried following the procedure to return it for a refund and they refuse telling me to return it to the manufacturer. After numerous attempts I filed a BBB report to which they denied selling it to me, today they emailed me to review them, so, here it is. My advice for elsewhere”
