“I was very disappointed in the most recent and now last time I purchased at this website. The Alp product I purchased was completely dried out making it seem as though it was excited. When I attempted to explain to customer service about this defective product, they refused to take back the product. They deemed it was not defective based on pictures of the product somehow, and offered me a $10 credit, not a full refund. Up until this purchase, I had never had a quality issue with this website's products. Unfortunately I will not longer be using this company again to purchase anything until I'm made whole.”
