“Price good, product good, customer service terrible. I was not receiving my order. Possibly lost in/during delivery process. When I contacted trying to get help, possibly resent or refund, received email days later implying that I’m an idiot. Was told by them that it showed it was in transit to destination and that I have not received it but then was told I should look harder or look again suggesting for me to check with neighbors and check my front door and back door incase mail carrier left it somewhere else (I live in apartment and package requires signature and like I stated above tracking showed it had not been delivered) and to also look again in my mailbox to make sure I didn’t miss it! Very disappointed with the customer service and how I was talked to/treated.”
