“I received my pen about a week and a half after I ordered it due to delays with the snowstorm. When I went to turn the battery on, I found out that they had given me a bad battery which I later found out had something to do with its initial stock having a problem with its charging component. I talked to someone at Dr dabber about the bogus battery and was given an email to contact so that they could replace the battery free of charge (which was great). However, I had to wait 3 days after initially contacting them for them to respond about the battery. I emailed back immediately with my shipping address and everything but once again I am still left waiting on a status update of my new battery and it has been 48+ hours since they last spoke with me. So now I'm just sitting on a pen which I was extremely excited about trying out but can't use. It was great that they offered to replace it for free, but I'll probably have to wait at least 2 weeks for the new battery to get to me after first getting in touch with them before finally being able to use my product. I'm sure this product would work great if it wasn't for customer service taking such a long time to (1) respond and (2) mail an actual working battery. I know that customer satisfaction is their priority (which even the box says ) but waiting 3 days for them to even respond back after getting a broken battery and then still waiting again on a second response to tell me if they had yet mailed it is just a little ludicrous to me. The more I wait, the more I want to just try a completely different pen altogether that I know will work which sucks because I really did want to give dr dabber a shot”
“Good air flow and battery life. The chamber is a little smaller than I hoped. You only get 3-5 decent drags before it needs refilling, but it does the job. I would recommend to others. Fast ship from Lighter USA also.”
“My product came very quickly, three business days free shipping! When the device did come it worked perfectly. Still very satisfied, works great and produces awesome vapor. Easy to clean and work with! Would recommend this to pretty much anyone who's lookin to dab, great kit comes with everything you need at a great price.”
“The coil will very easily break and ruin the atomizer if you do not load it properly, I made this mistake and completely ruined one of the two atomizer which comes with it. After getting the proper technique down it works great though. Would definitely recommend. Quick setup, easy to hide, though it does not vaporize the wax as efficiently as possible. If you're looking for a cheap first time setup for concentrates, this is your product.”
