“Was sent wrong item , message customer service was told to do a return and they would send me back the right stuff. I asked them once it's mailed is there anything else I need to do to ensure I get what I ordered and not just a regular refund . I never got a response , and eventually I was given the refund with no further response from customer service. Thankfully while waiting for their responses I just broke down and ordered the part from somewhere else . So I'll just take the money at this point . Ordered from them several times with no issues but this is my first time dealing with customer service , and let's say I'm not impressed .”
