“Very happy with the price and delivery from Lighter USA. I did have an initial problem trying to register the device with Ooze product registration... But that is now resolved. The device seems to work as expected (tip gets hot and battery takes/holds a charge). But haven't yet tried to use it on concentrates. Hopefully will soon.”
“I couldn’t get mine to work. I fully charged it before using, and I I kept getting was blinking red lights. I removed the hot knife and put it on my Vessel battery and it works great, so I put a cart on the Ooze battery and it worked with the cart, for some reason the Ooze battery and hot knife that came with my kit does not work together. The Ooze hot knife is still great and I’m glad I purchased. I will definitely be purchasing another.”
